WHAT WE DO

There is no denying we are firmly in the age of hybrid working, but how has your workplace really adapted to a post-pandemic world where mental health is now at the top of everyone’s agenda?

We offer a wide-range of both fully-clothed and oil-based massage treatments adapted to suit the workplace, a long list of movement-based classes such as Qi Gong, pilates, HIIT and yoga or maybe dive into the world of something a little different that will really support and empower your team: breathwork, sound healing, emotional freedom technique, or organisational constellations.

Leave your concerns to the hands of our highly-trained, experienced, nurturing team of professionals. We care deeply about improving the overall wellbeing of your workforce so they can achieve their very best and it is our mission is to assist and empower your staff to achieving a state of balance, ease and flow throughout their workday and beyond.

Soothing and supporting a frazzled, anxious nervous system to avoid overload and burnout as we all navigate the post-pandemic workplace together has never been so important.

By presenting such a rich, wide variety of offerings we are able to design a totally bespoke package to suit your individual needs. We invite you to dive deep into the world of all things Nurture…

Still on the fence when it comes correctly incentivising your staff to get fully-engaged ‘bums on seats’ whilst prioritising their mental health?

Here are a few eyewatering statistics to ponder:

» 7 million workers suffer from a work-related illness, around half of which were stress, depression or anxiety.

» More than one in five (21%) agreed that they had called in sick to avoid work when asked how workplace stress had affected them.

» 14% agreed that they had resigned and 42% had considered resigning when asked how workplace stress had affected them.

» 30% of staff disagreed with the statement ‘I would feel able to talk openly with my line manager if I was feeling stressed’.

» 56% of employers said they would like to do more to improve staff wellbeing but don’t feel they have the right training or guidance.

» At least one in six workers are experiencing common mental health problems, including anxiety and depression.

» A staggering 70 million work days are lost each year due to mental health problems in the UK, costing employers approximately £2.4 billion per year.

» The gross value added to the UK economy by people who experience mental health problems is around £226 billion – that is 12.1% of total GDP. This is nine times more than the cost of mental health problems to economic output – an estimated £25 billion.

» It is estimated that between one third and one half of all sickness and disability caseloads are related to mental health problems, with mild to moderate problems affecting 1 in 5 of the working age population.
