The Everyday // Bronze:
Phone or on-line consultation to discuss and identify your team’s current needs. Book in > take feedback > tweak > repeat. Reacting in real-time to current needs of workforce. Objective: to get teams back in the office together and having group experiences, co-regulating nervous systems, moving and becoming mindful.
Fee: Booked sessions + admin fee
The Deeper Dive // Silver:
Multiple in-office consultations working closely alongside Head of People, HR or Wellbeing Director. Diving into your most recent satisfaction surveys, gleaming specific information from relevant heads of departments, creating a mid-term plan. Offerings like group psychotherapy or coaching coming to the fore as well as longer-term nutrition support and menopause education.
Fee: Booked sessions + hourly consultancy rate + admin fee
The Extra Mile // Gold:
Providing a truly bespoke concierge service: sourcing specialists for precise needs (if not already on our team). Together we’ll revamp your company culture. Mid to long-term, full spectrum, holistic, mental health strategizing. Special focus: menopause support and bolstering the pipeline to get more women into the higher rungs and C-Suite. Individualized talent retention and burnout avoiding programs for high fee earners, high achievers, pipeline candidates and the most vulnerable colleagues.
