Access Bar with Reiki
Access Bar therapy is a gentle, effective fully-clothed non-invasive treatment where you are reclined in a zero-gravity chair and the practitioner runs through a sequence of 32 points on your head. The added benefit of reiki energy work during the treatment will make you feel rested and at ease during the session you may fall into a calm meditative-like state.
The aim is to release old and unwanted ‘clutter’ and outdated thoughts, mindsets, patterns or behaviours in your system. Think of it as a re-boot of your internal hard drive. Access bar therapy is open and safe for all.
The objective is clarity, balance and the feeling of rejuvenation. Good for an over cluttered stressed brain that doesn’t seem to want to calm. If you seem to be running on fumes and operating on fight or flight has become your norm. You feel like you need to hit the re-set button.

Family / Organisational Constellations
Family, or in this instance Organisational, Constellations is a dynamic and therapeutic approach developed by German psychotherapist, Bert Hellinger, which seeks to reach into the dynamic of your team to reveal and heal dysfunctions or stressors that may be present and causing imbalance. Each team member represents one of their colleagues thus providing a fresh perspective into the inner workings of the team.
The workshop facilitator will engage your team members in their prospective roles where scenarios will present themselves and be worked out through the course of the session.
Run as a team bonding workshop where team members are seen as part of a whole, rather than separate entities. Organisational Constellations is ideal for teams who haven’t been in their working environment all together for a while (due to the pandemic for example). It is important to note that all participants must be of a similar level / grade.
Conflict resolution, issues with hierarchy and leadership. More cohesive, unified, integrated team therefore more positive, improved, productive working environment.
Each team’s needs will be unique. A workshop starts at 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the needs and size of the team. Ideally works as a course of workshops spread over a period of time.
Breathwork, Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops
A transformational and dynamic blend of conscious breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation, these workshops aim to empower you with a whole toolkit of resources you can call upon in times of overwhelm and heightened stress so you are better able to achieve your very best in the workplace and beyond.
Suitable for all levels and experiences, you will be guided through experiential interactive exercises that can be used daily to maintain a calm clear mind and even improve interpersonal relationships with co-workers.
Sharpened cognitive function, increased resilience, focus and clarity. Improved parasympathetic response (rest and digest) and sleep. Ability to ground and balance more-timely regardless of external situation.
Available as one-off sessions, in-person and online. A blend of all three modalities: breathwork, mindfulness and meditation or as individual stand-alone sessions.
Sessions are tailored to your needs: a one-off 60-minutes to a half-day workshop or as an ongoing course. Includes a take-away booklet of teachings to support your ongoing self-practice.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT or ‘tapping’ is an effective tool where your practitioner will guide you through a series of acupressure points along your meridian lines whilst repeating a specific emotional or physical issue you would like to resolve or gain clarity around, for example stress and anxiety at work.
This is a fully-clothed, non-invasive seated treatment that works well in a group environment.
Shifting mindsets or patterns around limiting or outdated thoughts or traumas. Gaining clarity and resolution around a certain issue, topic, fear or phobia.

Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing
This is a unique, passive, non-invasive, immersive practice that involves using Tibetan singing bowls which the practitioner uses to emit sounds and vibrations to induce a state of balance and relaxation. It is also sometimes referred to as a sound bath because participants are bathed in meditative sound waves. The goal of a sound healing session is usually therapeutic as it helps to calm your mind, rejuvenate the body, and can reduce physical and emotional stress.
You are fully-clothed, laying on yoga mats (or similar) in a low-lit room. In a 1-on-1 session the bowls are placed lightly on the back of your body. In a small group setting the bowls are placed on the floor surrounding the participants.
More and more medical studies are finding sound and vibration can improve physical conditions and general wellbeing as it affects us on a cellular-level. Each individual will experience the session uniquely. The experience itself is deeply relaxing and restorative, cutting through and instantly calming an overstimulated cluttered mind leaving the participants feeling calm, boosted, rejuvenated and refreshed.
Regular sessions could lead to relive pain (for example tension headaches), reducing anxiety, and stress. Improving sleep quality, boosting memory and focus, lowering blood pressure and creating a balancing and harmonizing environment in your body.

Good to note:
Sound healing is safe and open to all. Please note this session is experienced lying on the floor – please keep in mind if you have any injuries or pre-existing physical conditions and ensure your comfort and safety in a floor-lying position. Bring your own bolsters (cushions, pillows or similar) if required. Your body temperature can drop during the session so best to bring extra layers (think: savasana).

Aimed to inspire, empower and impart you with years of experience and wisdom, these nutritional seminars can be tailored to your needs: support a healthy immune system, eat to beat stress, balancing hormones and so on.
We’re all familiar with the adage “you are what you eat” but most of us could do with a little help when it comes to taking our nutrition and supplementation to the next level and functioning optimally.
How we fuel and support our systems has a direct impact on how we function both mentally and physically. Learning how best to do so results in you feeling healthier and stronger.
Topics covered, but not limited to: digestive disorders such as IBS, constipation, bloating, coeliac disease, Crohn’s, colitis. Food Intolerances and allergies. Skin conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis. Asthma. Anxiety and Depression. Headaches. Sleep disorders. Fertility problems, Pregnancy preparation. PMS. Fatigue and ME.
Depending on the topic and your needs, these in-person or online sessions can run between 60 – 90 minutes. As a stand-alone seminar or as a course.
