EXPERIENCE
We proudly introduce the next-generation in workplace wellbeing. Integrating the ultimate blend of ancient and up-to-date methods and practices into your working week, our EXPERIENCES aim to fully engage and balance the mental and physical wellbeing of your workforce.
Bio Flow
BioFlow is a unique combination of movement, breath, and stillness practices to highlight and deepen the connection to our internal bio-energy. Each class follows the 4-part structure of ‘Preparation, Cultivation, Circulation and Integration’. The breath is the foundation of this practice and takes the lead throughout the class. The movements are influenced by ancient and modern forms of Qigong as well as tension-releasing fascial manoeuvres. The stillness elements are throughout and extended as we finish, often with a sound or music accompaniment. BioFlow aims to generate balance within us, focusing equally on activation and relaxation, to help recalibrate and soothe our internal systems, leaving us feeling charged and replenished.

Nutritional Therapy
When we understand the role that stress, genetics, poor nutrition and our lifestyles impact our mental health, and how we can make small, effective, and achievable changes in each of these areas, then we can start to believe that poor mental health and poor resilience can be overcome.
Our inspirational and motivational sessions aim to empower your workforce with knowledge on how their bodies work and what we can do to support our bodies to work optimally. With a strong lean on the effects of the gut-brain axis, these programs and courses aim to de-mystify and inform your weary workforce to pinpoint specific issues and how to adapt and make better choices going forwards.

Sound Healing
This is a unique, passive, non-invasive, immersive practice that involves using Tibetan singing bowls which the practitioner uses to emit sounds and vibrations to induce a state of balance and relaxation. It is also sometimes referred to as a sound bath because participants are bathed in meditative sound waves. The goal of a sound healing session is usually therapeutic as it helps to calm your mind, rejuvenate the body, and can reduce physical and emotional stress.
You are fully-clothed, laying on yoga mats (or similar) in a low-lit room. In a 1-on-1 session the bowls are placed lightly on the back of your body. In a small group setting the bowls are placed on the floor surrounding the participants.
Benefits:
More and more medical studies are finding sound and vibration can improve physical conditions and general wellbeing as it affects us on a cellular-level. Each individual will experience the session uniquely. The experience itself is deeply relaxing and restorative, cutting through and instantly calming an overstimulated cluttered mind leaving the participants feeling calm, boosted, rejuvenated and refreshed.
Regular sessions could lead to relive pain (for example tension headaches), reducing anxiety, and stress. Improving sleep quality, boosting memory and focus, lowering blood pressure and creating a balancing and harmonizing environment in your body.
Timings:
30 – 60 minutes 1-on-1
60 – 90 minutes for a small team up to 8 participants
Good to note:
Sound healing is safe and open to all. Please note this session is experienced lying on the floor – please keep in mind if you have any injuries or pre-existing physical conditions and ensure your comfort and safety in a floor-lying position. Bring your own bolsters (cushions, pillows or similar) if required. Your body temperature can drop during the session so best to bring extra layers (think: savasana).
Tea Ceremonies
For centuries, Tea in the form of Chadao Practice has been used by Daoist Sages and Buddhist Monks for alchemy and transformation. During these sessions attendees will be led on a journey from the head to the heart creating a space for your workforce to drop from their ever-busy minds into their body and just be. Think of a tea ceremony as a mindfulness meditative practice.
This unique and powerful offering allows the ever-racing mind an opportunity to pause, reflect, and feel renewed. Given in a group setting, the tea ceremony itself will hold the audience totally captivated with a view to releasing attendees back to their duties with a calm yet rejuvenated mindset.
In our overstimulated, always “on” world, being given an opportunity to be held in the calmest sacred space – yet in the meeting room next door – is a one-of-a kind offering to be experienced.
Benefits:
A mindfulness practice aimed to co-regulate nervous systems within the attendees, bring our racing minds to a momentary pause and drop into our bodies. Bring around a sense of deep calm, peace and balance.
Timings:
This 60-minute session is held in a group setting up to 10 people in a quiet meeting space or similar.
