Vicki is a certified menopause coach and mentor, specialising in emotional health. Through a blend of coaching, mindfulness, and journal therapy, she empowers women with newfound confidence, compassion, and inner calm during perimenopausal transitions.

Menopause is a natural phase of life, yet it often brings physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that can leave women feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. These symptoms not only affect personal lives but can also impact one’s professional life.

Recognising the importance of promoting workplace diversity and inclusivity, Vicki goes beyond supporting women alone. Menopause is not just a woman’s issue – a large percentage of women are managing menopause at work so it’s vital we normalise conversations, lose the stigmas and acknowledge the impact that the menopause can have in the workplace.

She is a committed advocate for educating men about menopause and its significance in the workplace. By facilitating open dialogues and providing resources, she helps men better understand the experiences of their female colleagues, strengthening empathy and support which can positively impact performance, engagement, job satisfaction and effective team collaboration.

Vicki understands challenges that come alongside menopause firsthand, as she has experienced them herself – high anxiety, panic attacks, hormonal health challenges, and perimenopausal symptoms, including brain fog, weight gain, mood swings, hair thinning, and a sense of loss of identity. Your menopausal journey may feel overwhelming, but Vicki is passionate about reassuring you that it doesn’t have to be this way. She is here to provide you with the support needed to reconnect with yourself during this transition and initiate positive changes in your holistic wellbeing.

With years of experience in successfully navigating perimenopause issues, coupled with extensive professional training, Vicki is well-equipped to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed for self-support. Her goal is to demonstrate the benefits that can result from taking care of your needs. Clients often approach her feeling invisible and lost, fearing the uncertainties of menopause. However, they leave with a deeper understanding of how empowering this life chapter can be. They emerge stronger, more confident, and at peace with themselves.

During Vicki’s sessions you’ll learn how to manage symptoms, embrace change, reduce stress, and lead a fulfilling life during and after menopause.

Vicki offers both online and in-person 1:1 and group coaching sessions, talks, workshops and “lunch and learn” sessions.
